After suffering with gestational diabetes during my pregnancy, I found myself thinking, will I be there for my son? It would have been very easy for me to just give up and fall into the obesity trap, but I pushed myself to achieve and go beyond my fitness goal. I'm now here to pay it forward, which means that I get to put my fitness and nutrition experience to work by helping others achieve success.
